Leadership
Modern Broker was founded in 2009 by Preston Miller and Stephen Kowalski. The company is growing quickly, and now has a 10%+ market share in several counties with hundreds of transactions closed per year.
Preston (DRE #: 01421642) has been a real estate broker since 2005. After a leadership position at a Re/MAX branch, he started his own company to provide a higher class of service to clients and agents. He is now a leading REO broker representing multiple banks and government entities and provides strategic vision to the company.
Stephen (DRE #:01895110) is a technologist turned Realtor serving Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills Estates, Rolling Hills and Palos Verdes Estates as well as the surrounding areas. He provides the company operational management expertise as it grows into new regions.
