I would like to tell you about Diane Card. She is my Realtor and has been helping me for approximately 3 months. A series of unfortunate events have occured due to the difficulties involved with bank owned homes, buyers fighting for good deals, etc. Diane has dedicated herself with late night texting, emailing, and showing homes at the last minute. She is the best realtor I have ever worked with.

Working with Modern Broker on the purchase of my home was a great experience. My agent was knowledgeable, capable and prepared. He took the time to understand my specific wants and needs, and approached my home search, purchase contract negotiations, and home closing process in a strategic, well thought out way. The staff was also helpful, on task, and abe to answer my questions when needed.
As a licensed real estate broker myself, who is currently working in commercial banking, I have high expectations for the professionals I choose to work with, both in terms of their knowledge of specific house and neighborhood details (i.e. flood zone information) as well as their ability to "run the numbers" and their knowledge of complex residential transactions (i.e. short sales, REOs); Modern Broker met those expectations.
I would be happy to work with Modern Broker again in the future, and would recommend them to other home buyers.
