As soon as I knew we were moving to Fresno I called a friend of mine. She suggested Carol MacNeill. A recommendation from a friend is my biggest factor in selecting a realtor and we were not disappointed. Carol was so approachable at our first meeting and continued to be an encouragement in our process. I appreciated that she shared her knowledge of local resources when we needed things done at the condo. Because of our "hurry and wait" kind of situation Carol was so great to work with and kept encouraging us along the way making sure we had completed all the appropriate steps. Feel like I've made a new good friend in Fresno already!
