Missy was amazing! She went above and beyond in accomplishing the sell of our dad’s house. We so appreciated her integrity, honesty and straightforwardness as well as her sensitivity during a difficult time. Living out of state brought challenges but we were reassured by her excellent knowledge and detailed oriented approach to the many issues that arose over the course of the sell. The rain storms from the past several weeks caused some unforeseen problems that she was very quick to address and she coordinated reliable, excellent contractors that took care of every issue. She made sure every detail was taken care of from the staging of the house to the complete clearing out of everything before the close of escrow. She kept us well informed throughout the process and was quick to respond to the many questions that we had. Missy was very thorough and professional as well as kind, patient and helpful. She worked really hard and represented us well, we highly recommend her, she was wonderful.
