It would be hard to do any better than she did. Carol went over the top in serving us. We live in Chicago, so our part was all e-mail, FaceTime calls and phone calls. Our daughter did the visits with Carol and was very impressed with Carol. Having known Carol for many years we trusted her to represent us well. She did more than that, she helped our daughter find the right home for our family.
