If I am not mistaken, I believe that Nancy Tucker was with another real estate office when I first became interested in purchasing property in the Pismo Beach Area for a vacation home. Her attention to details and ability to get a feel for my needs amazed me. In plainer terms, she knew what she was doing. I dislike paperwork immensely but Miss Tucker made it simple and easy for me to understand and feel comfortable, She did such an outstanding job for me on the first purchase that it was a no brainer who I wanted to help me find investment properties. Since that first purchase she has represented me in two other purchases, all of which have proven to be lucrative. I believe it's Nancy's ability to keep in touch with her clients,( whatever company she works for), that keeps people like me following her career moves, It's her knowledge of the product and tenacity to find the perfect fit for me that I like the most. All of the above times 3 again and she is still seeking out other investments for me. I live 225 miles away so it makes her job harder cause I am depending totally on her ability to locate and research thoroughly properties for me.
