I am not even sure how to start this off I guess I should start off by saying Carla Ortiz was Amazing! This was my parents home and we had to move them into assisted living I Do not live in the area so I had to have someone that I trusted with everything and I must say Carla more than once went beyond the Call of Duty to make sure this sell went smoothly. She kept us notified about everything that was happening. She helped with finding Contractors to do the work that had to be done on the home to pass inspection And overseen the jobs so they were done correctly. The staging and the pictures that she took of the home were done very professionally and looked great in the advertising. With that and an open house the homes sold within 2 weeks. There was a few hiccups in the end going through escrow on the buyers side and she informed us continuously of what was happening and did all the amendments that had to be done so the sell would go through. When it came to doing the final paperwork she was very thorough about going through all of it with us so I understood everything I was signing. I really could go on and on but I guess the final thing I should say is I would definitely recommend using Carla to sell Your home if you are looking for a realtor guarantee she will go Above and beyond what you need to sell your home.
