Missy was incredible from the get go. She was warm, smart, experienced, kind, open, communicative...I could go on! I feel like she really listened to my wants and needs and walked me through a quick process while still being very thorough. As a first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and she was always patient with me, never made me feel silly for asking basic questions.
