Missy went above and beyond to make our home-buying experience positive, manageable, and even fun (!) at times. She is kinder than I could've dreamed and so patient with our many nuanced questions. She encouraged us to keep asking them and quickly cleared up our moments of the inherent house-purchasing overwhelm or confusion while keeping everything on track. Our preschooler also loved working with Missy and points out people walking down the street who look like her, hoping to see her again. Missy was both the buyer and seller's agent in our process and did a great job staying objective and working in both parties' best interest somehow. I admire her ability to stay neutral and communicate each person's needs affectively to the other. She is a savvy business woman, client advocate, and earned every last penny. Last but not least, she is a very nice, highly likable person in general. 10 out of 10 would recommend to our closest friends and family!
