Shiloh went above and beyond in getting our house on the market and looking great. Her communication could not be better and she had a varied strategy for getting for getting our house "out there" in view of all prospective buyers. You might say she has a modern approach for a modern sale! Videos, little staging touches that made our house look even better, professional look to websites and listings, recommendations for cleaning or clearing out certain rooms... I cannot imagine a better realtor to work with and, while we moved out of state, if we were ever to buy or sell in the area again, I can positively say we would not consider anyone else!
