Carol had previously helped us buy a house and so we knew we would ask her again to be our agent. She seems to really have our interests at heart and worked hard to negotiate a deal that would satisfy us. I most appreciate her patience because as a person who has purchased other homes, I felt I was a bit more particular in what I was looking for and she never seemed to tire of hearing “let’s keep looking”.
