We had an agent that was referred to us from another real estate agency. He came out looked at our property and was not willing to listen to our needs. Sandi had the property across from ours listed. She came out, we talked about how much we would like to clear, she was helpful and most of all listen to us. She kept us informed on work that needed to be done and arranged it since we do not live in California. I would recommend her to anyone who needs an agent. She is professional and knows what she is doing.
