April is a gem. She helped us purchase our first investment property and got our offer accepted in less than a day! Since we live out of town and put an offer without having seen the house, she offered to take photos and videos of the place for us; which was super helpful! When we were in town to see the house, she made sure to time it with having the home inspection so we could ask questions to the home inspector. During our purchase, she communicated with us regularly to let us know things were moving along which really helped speed up the process; we were able to close in less than 30 days! Aside from the amazing work she does, we appreciated that she always had a smile in her voice when we talked to her either it was on the phone or in person. She genuinely enjoys helping people and it shows. We are so happy with our purchase and hope we'll get another opportunity to have April as our agent again.
