A neighbor just had to have this very private and oh-so-charming cabin. Posting for comp purposes. Named 'Sweetwater' for the delicious water you enjoy from the well. This cabin just celebrated 75 years tucked away at the very end of Pedley Valley. The living room fireplace and wood stove in the bedroom keep things very toasty when the snow is falling. There is a walk-through closet to the office area with laundry hookups. A pull-down ladder takes you to a sleeping loft. Present owners did so much work over the years with restoration. New siding, windows, roof, plumbing, fixtures, stove, refrigerator, electricial and more. They brought power and internet to the property and added hookups for a washer and dryer. There is a generator system just incase you're treated to a power outage. Much tree and clearing work has been done on about a half acre around the cabin and a nice shed.
