Modern Broker Website Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of modernbroker.com and the services we offer through it (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them. Our bookkeeping app, Modern Broker Bookkeeping, is covered by a separate End-User License Agreement.

About us

The Services are provided by Modern Broker, Inc. ("Modern Broker," "we," "us"), a real estate team operating under The Real Brokerage, California DRE #02022092. Nothing on the site is legal, tax or financial advice. Property and market information comes from MLS feeds and other sources believed reliable, but it is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

Using the website

You may use the site for lawful, personal or business purposes related to real estate. You agree not to:

  • copy, scrape or resell listing data or site content
  • interfere with the site's security or operation
  • submit false information or impersonate anyone
  • use the site to send spam or unlawful content

Our content

The site's text, graphics, logos and software belong to Modern Broker or its licensors. They are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reuse them without our written permission. "Work Hard. Be Kind." and the Modern Broker name and logo are our marks.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Modern Broker will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed $100.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Luis Obispo County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
